Lake Geneva is the perfect weekend getaway - just 90 minutes from Chicago and less than an hour from Milwaukee.
Downtown Lake Geneva has an abundance of great shops and restaurants. In the summertime, the beach is the perfect place to swim and soak up the sun. We are minutes to the walking path that goes around Geneva Lake. Just steps away is Button's Bay and Big Foot Beach State Park, where you can rent jet skis or a boat, have a picnic, or swim in spring-fed Geneva Lake. There is also a fishing lagoon and bait & tackle available at the park.
Fall is a great time to enjoy the beautiful changing colors, hike the lake path and head into town for some shopping and good food. There are also a number of excellent spas within 5-10 minutes of the Guest House if you want to book a nice spa getaway.
