Atlantis, Ocean View, sixth floor unit with elevator. If you are looking for an upscale, luxury, spacious condominium with beautiful ocean views you found it. Atlantis is located in the heart of down town Myrtle Beach at 20th Ave N and directly behind the Breakers (Paradise Tower) and the Camelot by the sea. 5-10min to Hard Rock Park. This spacious 1,300+ sq.ft. 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath condominium comes with beautiful ocean views from the dinning, kitchen and living room and the balcony of the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom two full-sized bunk beds. The living room offers a queen pull out sofa. (Sleeps 8 very comfortable) We just purchased this condo and completely redesigning it. Starting with a brand new maple kitchen with marble countertops and breakfast bar to new dishes, leather furniture, Italian tiles and European wood floors through out the whole apartment. This is not your typical rental condo.

Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $575-1450/Week
  • Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit of $200.
    The balance of the rent is due in the form of a cashier’s check or money order and a personal check for $100 security deposit (I return your $100 check when you return my key) four weeks in advance of your arrival. State and local lodging tax of 10% of rent must be added. Upon the receipt of the balance the key will be sent to your home address. The security deposit will be returned by mail, after your check-out and you have returned the key to us.

    Rates include cleaning at the end of your stay.

    Until confirmation, rates are subject to change without notice.

    There will be no refunds on deposits for cancellations less then 30 days prior to your reservation unless we are able to rent the unit for the week or month in question.

    Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

    Check-in time is at 2:00 P.M. or later
    Check-out time is at 10:00 A.M.
