Located at 2118 Marina Drive, this lower level corner condo provides tranquility with casual island decor. The open living, dining, kitchen looks out through the double sliding glass doors to a large patio with beautiful landscaping. Just steps from the tiled patio is your boat slip accommodating up to a 10 1/2' beam boat, with fish cleaning table and a shower head for rinsing off at the end of a sunny day. Relax on the patio in the afternoon shade, with a cool beverage and watch the returning boats; occasionally seeing the local dolphins feeding in Brigantine Bay will enhance your Abaco vacation memories. The Master bedroom has a king size bed which can be made into twin beds if desired. A private bath with tile tub/shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, that can be converted into a king. Tile shower bath directly across the hall. Additional sleeping is provided with a double Aero Bed. The sofa is comfortable for sleeping one. Central A/C and 4 ceiling fans
