Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental
Our spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa Del Mare condo has been completely renovated (to the studs) and tastefully decorated with new high quality furniture, artwork, linens, kitchenware, electronics, etc. This top floor, end-unit, condo offers great water views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom suite. Additional island views are visible from the side windows and front entryway. The balcony overlooks the heated swimming pool, common docks, and expansive Smokehouse Bay. The luxurious Master Suite features a queen bed, walk-in closet, beautifully tiled shower, dual sinks, and a separate water closet. The guest BR has twin beds and an adjacent bath with tub and shower. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. Your reserved covered parking space is right next to the elevator. Our condo is a comfortable walking distance to shops, restaurants, marinas, banks, post office, and even the grocery store.
