You Will Come Back Year After Year Once You Experience the Southern Hospitality of Lake Park Georgia. Lake Park residents enjoy fishing, boating, and sailing all year round. Water skiing and Jet Skis are used 8 months out of the year. We have golfing at Francis Lake Golf Course and shopping is also year round with the convenient Lake Park Outlet Stores and Farm House Plaza and includes Antique Malls. There are two Flea Markets. One outdoors and one indoors. The locals have a Hangout called 'Lake Dogs' where you will taste the best Crab Legs and Low Country Boil and local air deck with Our favorite bands. Yes, Dancing is Available.

You are close to chain restaurants and our local restaurants. There is a Gym and the YMCA Close by. Wild Adventures Theme Park has entertainment for every member of the family in the Summer months and Winter months.

Valdosta is the County Seat and is located about 12 Miles North of Lake Park. Whether you want to catch a movie, bowl, or miniature golf there is something for everyone. Great restaurants and First Friday is an adventure that occurs as the name says on the First Friday. Great parks, lots of tennis courts, great shopping.

Come experience the Life at the Lakes where everyday is a vacation and you will want to come back.

I Bought this as' My Weekend Get Away 'so I could get out of town but be within a 15 minute drive as I Am a Realtor and stay on call. This is like paradise with the water in your backyard.

What makes this house unique

I enjoy drinking my morning coffee while taking a cruise on the pontoon boat around the lake.Late afternoons sit out on the dock and listen to the sounds of nature while feeding the duck and turtles.

Perfect place to get away and relax. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay. I would reccomend this location to anyone who is looking to get away from the hussle and bussle of daily life. I could not have been more satisfied with our reservation and stay. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Great little cottage!

We (our two children, two dachshunds, my husband and myself) all had a great time at this immaculate home in Lake Park in March. We enjoyed the convenient location, very close to shopping and restaurants, and quite close to Wild Adventures as well. The house is small, but the open-plan layout worked great for us. The beds were very comfortable, and there is plenty of seating. We really enjoyed the back porch and the deck, and our children had a great time feeding the ducks and turtles in the canal behind the house. WiFi was a plus as well. Victoria was a great hostess, and we hope to return again later in the summer.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Since you have been here I have put a King size bedroom suite with a temperpedic style mattress in one of the bedrooms. I had a lot of requests for a king size bed. Looking forward to having you folks stay anytime.

Excellent trip

We recently spent a week at the lake house. My wife and I love to fish (over 65) and this fit our needs to a tee. We enjoyed the quiet setting and everything was provided in the house. We could not ask for better accomodations or service that Victoria provided. She checked on us during the week to insure everything was o.k. and we definitely appreciated her thoughtfulness. We will definitely be booking some more weeks in the future. A beautiful house, great surroundings, good fishing and especially enjoyable being right on the water.

Wonderful vacation

This lovely cottage has the best location for quite getaway and great vacation. It meet all our family needs for all ages. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed the screen porch for tea party's with fiends. The women enjoyed the deck for sunning and the warm feeling of the cottage for comfort and relaxation. Us men enjoyed the lake and peaceful surroundings for water activities and the deck for grilling and enjoyment. We stayed at the cottage for several months and enjoyed every minute of it. We also had the most wonderful home owner we have ever encountered on our trips. My family travels allot staying in rentals up and down the eastern seaboard and i can honestly say that when we meet Miss Victoria we found a friend for life. She has been a wonderful blessing in our life. We continue to this day to communicate with her on a daily basis.

Cozy rental with Southern charm

We stayed for two months at this cozy property. The area is very relaxing and the people are friendly. The pictures are accurate and the house is decorated tastefully. The weather was warm, but the breeze off of the lake made it pleasant. If you need more action, you can drive a short distance to Valdosta or head down into Florida. We would recommend this property to friends and family. Victoria was very accommodating and made the stay even more enjoyable.
