This is a wonderful property for vacation rental, or someone that will be working in the area for a period of time and looking a furnished space. This unit is on the 11th floor, has a screened porch for happy hour, looking out at the beautiful city lights. The best thing about this space is the location. It is close most everything in the city. No need for a car really, the transit station is only 2 blocks away, and is very easy to use. The airport is only 7 stops away on the Marta transit. There are many nice restaurants and bars to frequent within walking distance. The post office is in walking distance as well. The unit has hardwood floors throughout, leather furnishings, stainless steel, and d/w.
Walk to the Georgia Convention Center, Centennial Olympic Park, A Southern Company, CNN, Americas Mart. The Fox Theater is only 5 minutes away, as well as the Rialto Theater. Georgia Tech and Georgia State is only 5 minutes away as well. The Ga. Medical Center, Crawford Long and Grady Hospitals are 5 to 10 minutes Max.

I am a 25 year veteran with Delta Airlines. I have flown the friendly skies working with the public for a long time, and i still enjoy it as if it were my first day. I own 2 condos in the building. I enjoy the the company of the people in building, as well as the management. I have made life long friends here. We have a gentleman living in the building that has played for the Atlanta braves. He is 94 years old. He has some wonderful, priceless stories. He is also a WW2 veteran. He designed runways for the Tuskegee Airmen while in the military, that is some great history.
Sharon purchased this condo in 1977
Downtown is very walkable, the is really no need for a car. Though car rentals are available within walking distance. There are wonderful restaurants nearby. Whether you are looking for fancy or casual, you will not be disappointed.
Two nights at the Fox Theater were amazing and to come home to this condo made the weekend perfect. From the great view and the incredibly comfortable bed, this will be a weekend we won't forget. It was a cold weekend but the individual heating made us warm and cozy. The location is close to everything. The owner was extremely helpfull with any of our concerns. Next time were in Atlanta this is the place we want to stay.
We relocated to Atlanta for work and stayed in the apartment for a month. We really enjoyed the location and the people in the building were very nice. Nice place, excellent security, great location, very fair price. You can walk to 50+ restaurants.
My husband rented this apartment while working for two months in Atlanta, our two children and I joined him for two weeks.
The apartment is lovely and just as described and pictured. A huge plus is that the balcony is completely screened in, which made it safer for our kids and kept out the bugs. It give a wonderful view up Peachtree street. My kids loved watching helicopters land on the roofs of nearby buildings.
The furniture and decorations are very nice but not so nice that I was scared to have my kids there. I didn't feel like I needed to move anything to keep it safe from my 4-year-old. There is a large couch and love seat in the living room. The love seat pulls out into a bed. The bed in the bedroom is extremely comfortable. There are plenty of linens, pillows and towels. The kitchen has tableware for 4 and plenty of glassware. There are a limited number of pans and cooking utensils.
There are air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom and a washer/dryer in the bedroom. The television gets all the major cable channels.
The owner was very pleasant to deal with and left us some lovely touches in the apartment. The building is very secure and has 24-hour concierge presence. There is wi-fi in the lobby and I was also occasionally able to get a signal from the apartment.
The location couldn't be better - very short walk to the Coke Experience, Aquarium, Kids Museum. Centennial Olympic Park, CNN, etc. Also a block and a half from the MARTA station. There's no nearby grocery store, but there is a convenience store and a liquor store in the building. There are may nearby restaurants (we liked Max Langers). There is an open parking lot right next to the building ($5.00 a day during the week, $10 on the weekend and they reset at 6:00 a.m. so you can park overnight) and they offer monthly tags. Next to that is a covered parking lot that is $5.00 a day and $15.00 overnight.
We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in downtown Atlanta.
There is a gym 2 blocks south on Peachtree Street, also there are 24 floors to climb if you really want a great workout without leaving the building. Run or bike ride, wonderful bike paths in the city as well as the Silver comet trail in Cobb Co. There is a rock climbing wall just a few miles away.
