In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa, 42' Plasma TV, DVD, Stereo with CD, and a gas burning fireplace. WiFi is available at no extra cost. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your gourmet cooking needs. The condo also has a washer and dryer, 1 car garage and 3 hot tubs perched up on the hill overlooking Lake Dillon.
This condo is centrally located to several World Class Ski Areas. Breckenridge, Keystone, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin are within 15 minutes, Copper Mountain is 10 minutes away and Vail and Beaver Creek are 25-30 min away.
There is also ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing and many more winter activities available.
In the Summer, enjoy biking on the Summit County Bike Path which is right across the street from the condo or boat, sail or fish right across the street on Lake Dillon. Nearby is golf, horseback riding, tennis, whitewater rafting, hot air ballooning or hiking. Year Round, enjoy shopping in Silverthorne's 90 Factory Outlet Stores (3 minutes). Also enjoy dining at several restaurants in the county.
