The luxury condo is located in Miami beach. The condo has a spectacular view, with the beautiful beach on the right and the bay on the left. It has a wrap around balcony that can be entered by any room and kitchen as well. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is all stainless steel, and the living room is spacious. You will enjoy your stay at Akoya having a gym and tennis court on the 7th floor, a very nice pool in the lobby and a beach right upfront.

ON THE FIFTH FLOOR, YOU HAVE RACKET BALL SO YOU CAN ENJOY A LONG GAME WITH YOUR FAMILY FREE. OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING YOU WILL SEE A TENNIS COURT AND MINI GOLF. YOU ALSO HAVE A POOL AND A BEAUTIFUL BEACH. WALKING YOU COULD SEE A LOT OF STORES LIKE PUBLIX, VERY NICE RESTAURANTS BLOCKBUSTER AND THE APARTMENT INCLUDES CABLE IN THE TV.

This was our first time using a rental on the beach. What a great experience! The location, the unit and all the amenities but most of all the owners provided a great service exceeding expectations.

Highly recommended for couples or for families.
