This house has all the amenities for a luxurious and relaxing vacation including granite and Subzero refrigerator, Wolf range. There is a rock fountain in the great room as well as a Tropical Tiki Bar. There is a private pool, outdoor shower, tree house for the kids, chicken coop, and greenhouse. The garden features many fruit trees and tropical flowers. The decks in front of the house are large and you can see the local surf spot from there. The snorkeling and surfing beach is only 5 minutes down the hill. The town of Kailua-Kona is only 10 minutes away. See the volcano, fish for world class marlin or just tour the many coffee farms for an easy day of sightseeing. You won't be disappointed, there is everything you could possibly want and more.
