    To reserve we charge 20% of the expected total to a Visa or Mastercard with the remainder due at check-in time, except for special events when the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

    We generally have a two night minimum, but longer stays are required for certain periods, holidays, and special events.

    3-night minimum stays required for: Presidents' Day, St.Patrick's Day / St. Joseph's Day, French Quarter Festival (weekend after Easter), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving. 3-night minimum stays are $135 a night.

    4-night minimum stays required for: Jazz Fest (last weekend of April, and first weekend of May), Sugar Bowl (New Year's Day). 4-night minimum stays are $225 a night.

    5-night minimum stay required for: Mardi Gras. 5-night minimum stays are $250 a night.
