Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in New Orleans, Louisiana

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $89-250/Night
  • Rates are quoted per day, and are subject to change. We suggest calling or emailing with specific dates. To reserve we charge 20% of the expected total to a Visa or Mastercard with the remainder due at check-in time, except for Special Events when the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

    We generally have a two night minimum, but longer stays are required for certain periods, including Special Events.

    Special Events include, but are not limited to New Years, Sugar Bowl, Martin Luther King's Birthday, President's Day, Mardi Gras, French Quarte Festival, Jazz Fest, Memorial Day, Essence Festival, July 4th, Southern Decadence, Labor Day, St. Patrick's Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

    June, July, August (3 night minimum, excluding special events) $89 (3 night minimum, excluding special events)
    September, December, May (excluding special events) $125 (excluding special events)
    Mardi Gras (5 night minimum) $250 (5 night minimum)
  • October, November, January, February, March, April (excluding special events) $125 (excluding special events)
    Presidents' Day, St. Patrick's Day / St. Joseph's Day,
    French Quarter Festival (weekend after Easter), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving (3 night minimum) $135 (3 night minimum)
    Jazz Fest (last weekend of April, and first weekend of May),
