Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Book now and be one of the first guests to enjoy this brand new 5 star green energy home in the middle of Austin! The spacious downstairs has dark stained concrete floors that complement the many windows and 4 large patio doors. The kitchen has the newest stainless steel appliances, deep country sink, and all new pots, pans and dishes. Also downstairs is a well appointed 1/2 bath. Off of the dining area are 4 large patio doors that take you to the deck with Adirondack chairs and 3 burner gas grill. Off the patio is a fenced in backyard with a grove of bamboo trees behind to block the neighbors view. Also, we have added a swing set and slide for our youngest renters. The living room has an electric fireplace for colder winter nights, large flat screen TV, cable and WIFI. There is a beautiful bookcase and antiques that have been loved by our family for years.

Up the stairs (with 2 more floor-to-ceiling windows) and dark bamboo wood floors you enter the hallway to the bedrooms and baths. There is a large washer and dryer for your use, linen closet with lots of fluffy new towels and soft sheets waiting for you. To your right is a large bath with tub/shower combination and beautiful tiles (see pics). Next to the bath is the first bedroom with queen size bed, dresser, large double closets, sitting chair and views of Austin. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, chair and large closet. Lots of great light and a view of the backyard and grove of bamboo trees.

The fabulous master bedroom suite is your last stop. The suite can be closed off from the rest of the house. It has a king sized bed, antique armoire and desk and views of the Hill Country. The master bath has double sinks and extremely large tiled shower.

This beautiful, brand new home is a 5 minute walk to Barton Springs and Ziler Park and all that Austin has to offer.

Great alternative to hotels for Austin wedding

My family and I greatly enjoyed staying at this home - very warm and inviting, perfect space for us to be together for my son's wedding in Austin. Close to downtown, parks, and main roads to get just about anywhere we wanted to go. Beats staying in hotels and trying to be together in a lobby. We'll be back!

Great Condo in Great Location

My wife and I stayed here with three other couples for this year's ACL festival. The condo is in great condition and there was plenty of room for all of us. The living room is quite large, as well as the master bedroom and bathroom. We were about a five minute walk from the Barton Springs Pool, and about a 10 minute walk from the festival's entrance at Zilker. Rosie was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully appointed home

The condo is even more attractive than the pictures. It is beautifully furnished, clean and new, and beautifully appointed with all the conveniences. Our party included 6 adults and a baby in Austin for UT graduation week-end and we were sooo comfortable. My friendsand family were thanking me all week-end! So much nicer than 3 hotel rooms! It is quiet yet convenient to everything including those fabulous walking trails. I will stay here again next trip to Austin!!

Great condo

We stayed here with two other couples (in our 30's) and our 20 mos old son. There was plenty of space for all of us. The condo is clean, new, well-stocked, and comfortable. The location was excellent. Just walk down the road and you're at Barton Springs and have access to Austin's pathway system. If you're into walking you can walk along the river to all of the scenic sights (Soco bridge, 6th Str, Capitol, UT). It took us about 1hr 15min to walk from Stubbs Bbq (off 6th) to the condo pushing our son in a stroller. A cab ride from 6th was $10. Wholefoods market was a quick drive to get groceries. Would definitely stay here again.
