Traditional comfortable Alps hut in the middle of the hiking and skiing region Alp. The hut is situated on an area of about 10.000 m2. Private property, solitary disposition, very quiet and sunny, in the middle of the skiing and hiking area of the Loferer Alp. The hut is ideal for a bigger circle of friends and for families, but also for business related activities, as there is enough space all around. In the winter time, you can reach the hut by lift mechanisms, in the summertime by car. If you whant we pick you up at the airport or train station.

The cottage has a wonderful disposition in the skiing and hiking region. In the summer time you can reach it directly going along the toll street. It has a gorgeous view towards the panorama of the Reither rocky mountains and the Berchtesgadner National Park.

Culture: In 40 minutes you can reach the cultural center of Salzburg. Munich is only 150km away.

Ski: The cottage is situated exactly in the skiing region Loferer Alm. You can start your skiing day right in front of your house, heading the middle station down the slope. After your skiing day, you can come back to the cottage by using the same Postalm ski lift. If you fancy an Après-Ski, you can coast with your sleds for about 800 m until you reach the bar.

Golf: On an ambit of 35 km from our cottage you have 5 golf courses (Brandelhof, Urslautal, Zell am See, Lärchenhof, Kössen und Walchsee)
