LARGE, GORGEOUS OCEANFRONT CONDO, GREAT 2 OR 3 FAMILY UNIT!!!

Our family of five ( mom and dad with 3 older teens) highly enjoyed this 3 bedroom spacious condo. The oceanfront queen size bedroom had it's own double sink bathroom with amazing beach views from a private enclosed balcony. The other large front queen size bedroom had wonderful views of the marsh, this had a great bathroom as well. The third bedroom was great for kids, the two bunk beds were comfy and cozy. All bedrooms were up to date and very well maintained. It was good having a washer and dryer right in the condo. There was plenty of storage and closet space and plenty of bed pillows on the bed. The third 1/2 bath with a sink and toilet is right off the kitchen area. This condo was very quiet set in it's own side of the building, we didn't hear any neighbors at all. Although it's on the 14th floor, the quick ride up the elevator was a breeze. We loved the fully stocked ( pots, pans, appliances and utensils ) clean kitchen, we cooked a couple of meals and there was ample table room for us all with additional seats at a breakfast bar. The TV was good and the other patio off the living area was like another room with a breakfast type table and bar stools to view the pretty ocean below. We liked the pool and being steps away from the beach. There is plenty to do and see within walking distance, the buffet next door at the Clarion was great. There is a grocery store almost across the street. The best thing about this condo was it had everything we wanted in one affordable price. Pool plus beach right out the door plus great views and comfortable accommodations made us feel very much at home. The only thing we wished they had suppled was beach chairs. We took a water bay cruise of the island with wild horses, we recommend that, even though they don't want you to pet them, my daughters did and were thrilled. We would recommend this property to friends and family and we would rent again in a heartbeat.
