Dream Catcher is a two-story, very cozy house, located in Roads End, Lincoln City, in a quiet and private neighborhood, away from traffic. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach. The top floor offers an Ocean view from the deck, open living room and kitchen area. The double lot provides plenty of parking and plenty of room for your fishing boat. Sunbathe, star gaze or enjoy relaxing in the private garden, complete with an array of flowers, large oak tree, shrubs and birds. There are two skylights within the home. Kitchen displays a lovely view of the private garden. The bottom floor has a small private room with Futon, TV and bathroom, perfect for lounging, reading and watching videos. This wonderful beach retreat offers shopping at the many stores of Lincoln City. Close by you will find the Outlet Mall, Chinook Winds Casino, perfect beaches and the freshness of the ocean breeze.

    OFF SEASON: (Oct 1st - Feb 28th)

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date. A full refund can be expected within 10 business days. There will be no refunds for cancellations that occur short of the 30 days, however we will be happy to reschedule you for days available up to 1 year after your cancellation.

    Please confirm your rental date via email. We will hold your reservation dates but can only secure this when payment is received. Rates are subject to change without notice and current rates will only be honored when payment has been received.

My new husband and I stayed the weekend at the beach house with our wedding party. We had a beautiful time, and so Serene with some of the most beautiful views that could ever be captured on camera. The morning sun rays coming through the trees in the morning, sound of the ocean in the distance and being able to see it from the balcony, and the deer running in early evening thru the neighborhood.We would definitely love to come again. I recommend this to anyone who wants that special time to spend with those you love.

This house has a nice view of the ocean. A wonderful yard and plenty of space to park. I would recommend this house to younger people not for the senior crowd. To get to the living quarters you have to climb up a steep set of stairs. I would definately stay there again. It is a great house for a girls weekend away.

You know, please take no offence, but the pictures on your website do not this house any justice. It doesn't reveal how peaceful you feel here. From the moment we walked in, any stresses I may have had were swept away. I loved the fact you can see the Ocean when you first walk up the stairs,from the kitchen and living room. We had such a great time here for our anniversary. In all honesty, we were going to choose an oceanfront rental, but we didn't miss being "right" on the beach because Dream Catcher was so close anyway. I'm glad we chose your sweet house. Thanks So Much! We'll be coming back.
