This WATERFRONT Rotunda home is a beautifully furnished home on the Gulf Coast. Completed in January 2005, it's in immaculate condition. Just inside the front door is a hallway. To the left is the living room and dining room which has sliding glass sliding doors opening onto the lanai with an extended pool with waterfall and pool deck. The master suite is lovely in shades of red and gold and very impressive. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and has a breakfast nook with a door to the lanai. It is adjacent to the family room which has an entertainment centre. The second master suite is very pretty in shades of aubergine and sage and like the first, it opens directly onto the pool area. The third and fourth bedrooms (each with two twin beds) share a bathroom -- which can also be used via the pool area. This lovely house can accommodate a party of up to 8, or an adult family desiring to a spread out around the home.

Baseball is Back in Town!!: Why not enjoy watching the Charlotte Stone Crabs. The minor leaguers are the Tampa Bay Rays new Class-A Florida State League affiliate. Enjoy watching one or more games between April 11 2009 and September 06, 2009. For special rates and availability, please call us for more details. If you are visiting Florida earlier, the American League Champion Tampa Bay Rays have their spring training camp at the newly renovated Charlotte Sports Park. The season opens on Wednesday February 25 against the Cincinnati Reds and runs until April 04, 2009.

Fantastic Fishing with Capt Lombard: Rotonda is a perfect base for keen anglers. With the coast and the coastal waterway right on your doorstep, backwater fishing and salt water fishing are available. For a relaxing few hours, there are good fish stocks in the waterway behind the house. If you want to experience a day with Capt Jarrett Lombard who is one of the top local fishing guides, we can arrange this for you. He runs several flats boats and takes up to 3 anglers at a time and can provide up to 4 boats at any one time, catering for parties of up to 12 anglers. The enthusiastic angler may well have seen Capt Lombard on the ESPN channel. He competes nationally in the Oh Boy O'Berto Redfish tournaments and his clients travel thousands of miles to spend a day with him. We can arrange this for you, subject to availability, but we do need to give him plenty of notice prior to your arrival.

Golfers Heaven!!: Rotonda has 6 courses with 108 holes and there are dozens more courses in the local area. Beautifully kept greens and everything from beginner friendly courses to 4.5 star golf digest courses. You will be spoiled for choice!
