Welcome to our home in the Desert! Silver Sands is a wonderful community where tennis, pool, sun and easy living is the daily mantra. Since purchasing our home in 2010 we've been busy renovating and furnishing it with a stylish, modern, yet comfortable decor. Our goal is to provide a clean modern look that is also comfortable, inviting and relaxing. South/west exposure makes for great sunsets and lots of sunshine.

Silver Sands is a wonderful community with so much to do. Take a dip in any one of the 15 pools and spas. Walk on over to the Marriott Desert Springs resort or to Desert Willows, both are just across the street. Or just grab a cool beverage and relax outside on the patio and watch the sunset.

We hope you enjoy your time in our desert oasis!

About The Owner

We live in the Greenlake area of Seattle with our two sons. To escape the Northwest winters we either pop down to the desert or spend time in our other VRBO property in Buenos Aires. We love spending time in both places and hope you enjoy them as much as we do. Thank you! Dan Coyle

Why The Owner chose Palm Desert

After looking at over 50 properties and communities in the valley we liked Silver Sands the best. The community is very green with lots of open space, it never feels crowded. The property grounds always look in top shape. The pools are beautiful, tennis is great and the location right next to the Marriott Desert Springs and Desert Willows can't be beat.

What makes this house unique

Access to swimming pools and tennis. Watch the sun set from our private patio. Walk on over to the Marriott Desert Springs. Enjoy your time in the desert in a newly furnished beautiful home!

My family spent our Spring Break vacation at this condo. It was exactly as pictured. Loved the entire gated community; the grounds were perfectly manicured and the scenery was beautiful. The pool & hot tub (1 of 15) is just steps away. Loved the convenient location - close to shops and restaurants (I recommend Papa Dan's pizza). Very friendly neighbors. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Our stay at the Silver Sands condo was just what we had hoped for in Palm Desert. The condo was perfectly located in the complex, facing the golf course and without major street traffic noise. One could use the front gate or back which made entering and exiting very easy the gated community. The condo pictures are accurate. The outdoor lounge with fire pit was enjoyable both day and night. Given the opportunity we would return to the condo because of the ease of renting from the owners and the lush desert environment. The neighbors were welcoming and helpful by providing Silver Sands and Palm Desert information to enhance our 7 week stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

The condo is exactly as picture and described. Very tastefully decorated. We enjoyed house very much. It is centrally located and convenience. Highly recommended to anyone. The pool is only steps away from the condo and very private. We would rent again. Dan is very pleasant to deal with. thx

Everything was great! I rented unit because my conference hotel the JW Marriot was booked. Very very very new and clean unit. As other review indicated, pictures were representative of what you will expect. Although I was not able to see the sites, it seemed very centralized.
