This is a family second home situated on the shoreline of Lake Vermillion, a Canadian-style shield lake. It is located on Frazer Bay which is somewhat of a mid-point on this large lake. The towns of Cook and Tower are about 8 miles away. There is golf and gambling about 6 miles away at a casino. Lake Vermillion offers all kinds of fishing: walleye, muskie, large and small mouth bass, northern pike and pan fish. The house is located in a relatively low-density area since the lake front is 150 feet wide. In addition to the three bedrooms, the house has a loft looking over the Great Room.
The basic layout is a Great Room in the middle with the master bedroom and adjacent bathroom on one side and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side.
The deck overlooks the lake.
We only rent the place for a maximum of four weeks. We are looking for families to rent the place. Exchanges of time at a place in a warm climate in the winter will be considered.

This home was built by my parents in 1992 as a summer retirement home. I inherited it in 2001. Since I am not retired, I rent it out on a select basis for only a few weeks each year.
Guy Wendler purchased this house in 2001
