Photos and Description of the Esquibien vacation rental

The house is situated in a little hamlet near Audierne. The property is 2000 sq. m large and allows a far view over a nature reserve, from the first floor you can even see the beach. The house was built in 2003, a large living room with a kitchen integrated is in the ground floor. In the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Round about the house is a terrace going to the south, west and north-west. In a few minutes you reach the coast or the large beach which is guarded during July and August. Youcan have long walks along the coast on the 'sentier cotier' or in the nature reserve which gives you rest and recovery also in the season of spring, autumn and winter.

The house is situated near the coast and the beach, standing alone, about 25 m from the street going through the little hamlet, not much used. The distance to the beach is about an 8 minutes walk through the nature reserve, the beach is guarded in July and August. There are many other possibilities of walk and recreation. In a distance of 3-5 km you will find all you need for shopping.

Notes: This is the way you will live: The house is built in a typical bretonic style. You enter the ground floor and you are directly in a large (50 sq. m) room. You have a corner for living, included TV, eating and cooking. From the sofa you sea through a large window the natural reserve widely. Upstairs you find in the first floor 2 bedrooms and a shower/bath room. Here is also a wonderful view even to the beach and the sea. You will have four possibilities to sleep: two beds 90 x 200 cm, one bed 160 x 200 cm. Pets are allowed. Round about the house you have a large garden (2000 sq. m) and a large terrace.

Wunderschön Wohnen direkt am Meer

In "Ty Bihan" kann man sich nur wohlfühlen: das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man braucht (Miele Waschmaschine!) und von einem wunderschönen, riesigen und liebevoll angelegten Garten umgeben, in dem unsere beiden Kinder wunderbar spielen und wir Erwachsene uns herrlich in den vielen hübschen und windgeschützten Sitzgelegenheiten entspannen konnten. Das Meer und ein weitläufiger Sandstrand sind daneben in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Abwicklung. Alle online Angaben sind korrekt.
Wir können das Haus vorbehaltlos und wärmstens weiterempfehlen, auch für Familien!

Herrlicher Urlaub in der Bretagne

Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub mit unseren beiden Hunden geplant und unsere Woche im äusserst sympathischen und sehr gepflegten "Ty Bihan" in herrlicher Lage war diesbezüglich ein voller Erfolg. Das Wohlfühlgefühl fing schon bei der besonders freundlichen und kompetenten Betreuung vor Ort an.
Das schöne Wetter lud zu langen Spaziergängen ein und hierfür liegt das schöne Häuschen ideal: in ein paar Minuten ist man an dem nicht enden wollenden Küstenweg, auf dem man sehr schnell zum Strand gelangt. Ausserdem konnten wir besonders hübsche Fleckchen in dieser Ecke des Finistère besichtigen und in dem nur ein paar km entfernten Audierne durften wir abends in sehr guten Restaurants den besonders wohlschmeckenden Fisch aus der Gegend geniessen. Während unseren Ausflügen fiel uns auf, dass begeisterte Wassersportler in dieser Gegend auch auf ihre Kosten kommen.
Die Angaben im Online-Inserat halten, was sie versprechen und wir können das Haus, die Lage und die Gegend jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger angenehmer Lage

Das Haus ist sehr angenehm, man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl, es ist hell, geschmackvoll, praktisch (Mückenfenster!), es eignet sich gut für einen sehr entspannten Urlaub nahe am Strand und an der Felsenküste. Sehr hundefreundliche Gegend. Alle Angaben sind korrekt, die Abwicklung war unkompliziert - kurz um wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Urlaubsquartier.
