This beautiful sixth floor condominium has 2 Bedroom 2 Bath with 1050 square feet and private balcony. If you like the relaxing sound of waves hitting the sugar white beach from your own private balcony, this is the place to kick back. This is a desirable East corner unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico for the best panoramic view on the beach. This 36 unit condominium complex is one of the newer beach towers in the area with many of the same features found in much larger complexes. Our pool is open late into the evening with no defined closing time as long as you adhere to the posted rules. There is no better way on earth to escape the hustle bustle of real life than to spend it vacationing on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Just walk out of the 'New' pool area and you are no more than 150 feet from the water's edge. In addition to the main swimming pool there is a hot pool, and a wading pool for children. Condo was exactly as advertised and even more. Amazing view of entire beach / ocean. We also saw dolphins from the balcony and the Blue Angels even flew by in formation Sunday evening about as high as the condo just at the waters edge.

Condo is very nice and clean. Everything was in working order. Quality mattresses in beds. Kids liked the bunk-beds. Washer and dryer worked well. Plenty of pots, pans, toaster, plates ect...for cooking. We wore out the blender making pina coladas every day.

This condo sits immediatley on the beach. Beach is spacious and has typical soft white Gulf sand. Swam in ocean and rode waves on boards every day. My 3 year old enjoyed making sand castles, jumping in the surf and chasing sea gulls. Ocean floor slopes down very gradually, did not have any rip-tide or currents....very safe and enjoyable. Pools were clean and hot-tub was nice to relax in during the evening. The kids loved crabbing at night. Must bring / buy a flashlight, bucket and crab net.

Condo is very close and centrally located to restaurants, shopping, fishing ect...

Push carts for loading / unloading was a BIG help!!! Key box makes getting in/out simple.

Owner (Patricia) is wonderful to work with and very organized. She is extremely nice and responds very quickly. Our deposit was returned promptly. She made the entire process quick and simple.

I will definitely rent this unit again. I will refer family and friends to this owner and condo.

This unit is beautiful and very clean. You have two wonderful views: one from the balcony and one from the dining room window. Every morning we lifted the blinds of the side window, so we could see the coast line while eating our breakfast. On several morning we saw dolphins in the water. So, before paying for a dolphin cruise, look off the balcony, it could save you some bucks. The dolphin cruise boats cruise right by the condo.

The master bedroom is to the left as your enter the condo and the 2nd bedroom, kitchen, living area is down the hall to the right. Perfect for parents to sleep while the teenagers sit on the balcony, watch TV in the living room, or munch all night in the kitchen. We had four teenagers with us. Also, the master bedroom bed is oh so comfortable. Thank you, Pat, for having a quality mattress. It was perfect for my husband's bad back.

The beach is awesome. The complex sits closer to the water than most the other complexes, which is so nice when carrying all your beach stuff/cooler. If you don't have your own beach chairs/umbrellas, they have plenty to rent on the beach for about $80/wk. Also, the complex has plenty of carts to help unload/load your car, which is a big help with groceries.

We had dinner at Live Bait, McGuires (Pens,FL), and Lamberts (for the experience). All were good. The Naval Museum (30 min drive) is awesome, a must see and free! Our teenage girls enjoyed it, too!

We took the Foley Express to get to the condo, which had very little traffic compared to Hwy 59.

Pat was great to work with. She'll answer any questions you have and will provide all types of contact info. I loved not having to go to a leasing office to get the keys. You just use a code to the box on the door and you have your key. Very convenient.

In the past, we have always stayed in Gulf Shores, but Orange Beach has a mucher better shoreline, which is much easier to walk. We found tons of shells. We had thought the ocean & pool would be too cold at this time of year, but it wasn't.

This was the most relaxed vacation that we have ever had, which seems strange with four (18/17 yr old) teenage girls.

Pat, thank you for everything and for the quick return of our deposit. We will definitely refer you to our friends.
