Harbour Village is a unique gated resort with 104 acres of conservation area, a 142 boat slip marina, private yacht club & restaurant, free 3-par golf course, and a private ocean club complete with fitness center, ocean side pool and hot tub, and exquisite no-drive, white sand beach. There are 7 pools located in the resort including both outdoor and indoor pool facilities. Other amenities include 6,000 feet of elevated walkway perfect for walking, jogging, biking and bird watching. Lighted tennis courts and multiple fitness centers are also available for use by tenants.

This beautiful and expansive condo unit is located on the fourth floor of a building directly on the marina. This corner unit has a sought-after southern exposure and looks out onto vast intracoastal views. Marina views are also available. The condo has two large verandas totaling 380 square feet. This condo is spacious and is exquisitely furnished. The unit contains 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large kitchen, dining and living areas, and separate laundry room. Watch the boats go by from this beautiful 3bdr condo. Stunning views from one of the balconies of the waterway and preserve. The second balcony affords views of the Marina. Stayed for the month of April 2011. The unit was very well appointed with all the amenities of home. Just a short walk across the street is a beautiful no drive beach with a private beach house for the exclusive use of the residents. Many restaurants in the area with something for everyone.The owner was very pleasant and professional to deal with . Deposit for the rental was returned within two weeks of our return. Would definitely recommend.

A well cared for condo, very clean, good linens and furniture and flatware. The 2 balconies make for a great place to be outside and feel the air while in the unit. Easy parking underneath. It's in the upscale Ponce Inlet neighborhood, with 5 good restaurants 5 minutes away, and 1 at Harbor Village. You'll meet lots of fun people if you want to, or have all the privacy you want.
