Enjoy this quiet and stable community with mixed full time residents, rentals and winter/owner in a great location in the heart of Jupiter. It is lovely and spacious 3/2.5 Condo, walk to ocean and next to park. The condo is nicely and fully furnished. Tennis courts on site and great heated pool. High Speed Internet available in the unit. Bring your own laptop. A large county park with more tennis courts and a walking/running track is adjacent to the community and the beach is on the other side of the park within easy walk. The condo has two Master bedrooms each one with it’s own full bathroom. One of the Master bedroom has Queen sized bed and second Master bedroom has a full sized bed. The third bedroom has a full sized bed also with half bath adjacent to it. The loft / entertainment area has a full sized sofa bed. All bedrooms have TV/VCR including the loft. Linens and beach towels are provided. The condo has an outdoor deck with a gas BBQ grill.

The living - dining area is quite spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils. The condo is also equipped with washer and dryer. The condo has central A/C. This is a no-smoking unit and no pets are permitted.

Amenities:: Bella Vista has many amenities, which includes: Walk to ocean (4 – 5 minutes walk across the Carlin Park). Heated pool with open-air clubhouse. Tennis, hand ball. Park with morning open round tennis and walking or running trail. Central location nears shopping and golf courses.
