The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, private bathroom, cable TV, and private access to the balcony. The condo is located at the North end of Marco Island and only steps away from Tiger Tail beach. You are in close proximity for all that the island has to offer. The Marco/Naples area offers everything from picturesque and challenging golf courses, both backwater and Gulf fishing, para-sailing, everglade escapes, snorkeling and dining experiences to match all tastes. A year-round vacation destination! This 55 acre gated community South Seas Condominium Complex offers beautiful, lush tropical landscaping. Walking paths wind there way throughout. Beautiful sunrise & sunsets! Located at the quiet end of Marco Island's 4-mile sand beach.
Heated pool, 10 tennis courts(extra charge), fitness room. Boat slips on the bay available for rent. Walk North and experience the quiet solitude of the beach and its natural areas. Walk further North to Tiger Tail Beach, snack bar, playground, kayak, concession stand and paddle-boat rentals.
