Please visit our website for availability and additional information. Our 2,300 SF oceanfront home (built in 2004), 'Oregon Coast Retreat,' is located approximately 3-miles south of Newport in a private subdivision off of Highway 101. The house has wonderful views of the Pacific and there is beach access 2 houses away. Because there is limited public access off of Highway 101 in this area, the beach in front of the house (approximately 12-miles long) is relatively uncrowded compared to many of Oregon’s beaches. The house is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation. It is professionally cleaned prior to each visit and is move-in ready with the beds made and linens and towels provided. The house includes a hot tub, Wifi, BBQ with outdoor table and chairs, cable, dozens of DVDs, front load washer and dryer and a fully outfitted kitchen.

Main Floor Description:: Master Bedroom - Furnished with a king size bed, pillow top mattress, fine linens and comfy pillows. There are granite-top night stands with reading lamps, TV, VCR, DVD & stereo. Sliding glass doors open to a private deck overlooking magnificent Oregon Coastline. Master Bathroom – Jacuzzi tiled tub and walk-in shower, spacious walk in closet. Custom bathroom accessories, linens and towels provided. Living Room – Furnishings include a leather sofa and easy chair, tables and a TV with a VCR/ DVD player. Several movies are provided and we try and add a few of the most popular each season. Deck – Furnished with a patio table and chairs and a barbeque (if the weather cooperates). Kitchen – The kitchen is fully equipped to do as much or as little cooking as you desire. We try to keep a fresh supply of some of the basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, oil, flour etc.), so check the cupboards before going to the store. Garage: Double garage opens into entry-way.

Lower Floor Description:: Family Room - Large enough for almost any indoor activity (27 feet long, 11 feet wide). Sofas, soft easy chairs and lamps for reading and relaxing. TV with VCR/DVD player and a mini bar equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, etc. Hot tub just outside separate downstairs entrance. Sliding glass door leading to patio and fenced in yard. Downstairs Bathroom - Fully furnished with tub and shower. Bedroom - Wonderfully furnished King size bed with side reading table and lamp. Luxurious Pillow Top Mattress, Plush linens, of course. TV with built-in DVD player. Rec Room – Room includes two daybeds with trundles for additional sleeping.

Terrific Home in an Amazing Location

We stayed here for 8 days in June 08 with our two small children and my parents. The house was quite spacious for the 6 of us. It was also very clean and nicely furnished. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from town, it was just what we were looking for. Amazing views out the back windows and off the back deck--the edge of the cliff was literally a stone's throw away. With the master bedroom's balcony door open, we could clearly hear the waves crashing at night! An easy 5-minute walk and we were down on the beach--it was very wide and stretched on for miles, and we almost always had the entire beach virtually to ourselves. It was still a little chilly in mid-june (bring a jacket), but the central Oregon coast is so beautiful. Our kids had a blast playing on the beaches, and we thorougly enjoyed the quiet & peaceful location. The house came nicely stocked with DVD movies, a Playstation, etc., and Mike was a gracious host. Highly recommended if you are looking to get away from the busy city and see some pretty scenery!
