Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $700-1800/Week
  • Rental Policies: We are proud to offer your family accommodations in our home with below market rates. The security/reservation deposit of $300 is required and due upon booking a reservation. Rates do not include a 10% sales tax/fee. No refunds for early departures or late cancellations. Reservation/security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage and all policies and conditions are followed. Payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival and Security/Reservation Deposit is retained for all cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival.

    Oct 25th-Feb 28th 900/week, or $130/night
    March 1-May 20th $1500/week, or $250/night
    May 21st-Sept 07th $1800/week, or $260/night
