Photos and Description of the Kegnaes vacation house rental

Welcome in my beautiful holiday cottage situated in the southern part of Als, 300 m from Kegnæs beach. This wooden vacation house is 110 m² big, there are 2 terraces under roof, and it is situated on a 1632 m² nature ground and an outdoor terrace for barbecues. The house was built in December 1995. We have added a new whirlpool and carpets in 2001. The house has a very nice bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. The light living room has panorama windows and is build up to the roof, and connected to the kitchen, the inner arrangement is considered as very good

Gebe hiermit gern meine Bewertung ab:
Ferienhaus war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben sauber und sehr gemütlich. War mit allem, wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts!!! Für uns fällt es leicht die höchste Punktzahl für dieses Haus und den Service abzugeben ( wir nutzen seit mehr als 30 Jahren Ferienhäuser in DK).

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Das Haus ist bestens mit allem ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt.
Die Vermieterin ist eine ganz freundliche Person und hat uns nett nach der langen Fahrt empfangen.
Es war ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub.

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus

Ferienhaus war sauber und sehr gemuetlich. Bis auf ein kleines Kuechenmesser fehlte es an nichts. Wir wurden super betreut. Wir haben mit unseren 2 Bewohnern ( Autisten ) in dem Haus eine schöne Woche verbracht und kommen gerne wieder !!

Am Ende der Welt angekommen

Wir haben normalerweise vom 30.08.08 bis zum 13.09.08 das Ferienhaus angemietet, sind aber aus verschiedenen Gründen schon am 08.09.08 wieder nachhause gefahren.
Am Tag der Anreise lebte unser Badezimmer, es war voller Ameisen. Wir sagte sofort unserer Vermieterin bescheid, doch sie meinte wir sollen das mit dem Staubsauger beseitigen. Am nächsten Abend das gleiche Spiel. Die Vermieterin kam selbverständlich nicht, sie meldete sich per Telefon und sagte wir sollen auf ihre kosten Insektenspray kaufen. Nach langem sauge, säubern, putzen packte wir unser Sachen und reisten ab.MfG
Owner's Response: Familie G kam um 12.00 Uhr als die Reinigung noch im Ferienhaus war, Die haben nicht ein eisiges Ameisen gesehen, Ich habe nie zuvor Ameisen im Haus gehabt, die Familie rief an Samstag Abend, Ich war bei Umzug, und schlug vor, das Sie mit den Stabsauber, oder mit heizen Spülwasser versuchte die Ameisen weck zu spülen, es war ja nu im Bad unter der wasser warmer. Als ich nächsten tag um 10.00 Uhr, anrief sagte man mir, dar war keine Ameisen mehr. Wenn sie wieder kommen, sollten sie mir anrufen, das hat Familie G nicht getan.

Als Ursache zum ihre frühen abreise, hat sie mir geschrieben:“Alles war im Dänemark so fruchtbar teuer, der Strand war schmutzig und das wetter fruchtbar".

Ich habe meinen Ferienhaus 15 Jahre Vermietet, das War meine erste klage.

Haben eine Woche reine Erholung genossen.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet,es fehlt nichts.
Das Grundstück ist perfekt.Die kinder können ungestört spielen und sich frei bewegen.
