: Make our dream vacation home your dream destination as well. This spacious, well designed home provides both separate space for a large single family or several smaller groups and shared areas for common fun. Heated pool new in 2007! Outstanding features include a vaulted cathedral ceiling with see through fireplace between the great room and dining area, an oversized screened porch as well as a beautiful large deck overlooking Turtle Point Golf Course's 8th fairway. The home is desirably located just behind Kiawah's second gate to ensure privacy but maintain convenient access to all amenities. The first floor boasts two bedrooms separated by a bath with direct access to the deck and fairway. An open staircase overlooks the living area and leads up to the master bedroom and bath with an oversized glass shower and garden tub. The upper level also has a separate den/entertainment room with fairway view. 4th bedroom in suite with additional TV/sitting room and full bath.

The kitchen flows between a lovely dining room overlooking the deck and patio and a breakfast nook. Floor to ceiling windows in the front ensure bright cheery conditions while wonderful landscaping provides privacy. A powder room and well appointed laundry is also located off the kitchen. An enclosed breezeway connects the newly completed 'FROG/mother-in-law suite' with the main part of the home. This area includes a tiled walk in shower, a private bedroom and second den with pullout couch. This area is an ideal to provide teenage children with both 'space' and 'supervision.' The entire home is beautifully painted in soft warm colors with exquisite faux and textured painting.

This serene and relaxing 'home away from home' allows you to enjoy the wonderful activities on Kiawah and the surrounding region without sacrificing comfort and convenience Amenities: fully stocked kitchen, grill and utensils, highchair, 2 adult and 2 children's bikes, large screen TV, 2 additional TVs, DVD/VCR, washer/dryer

Spacious Vacation Home

This home is large enough for a vacation with more than one family and/or would make an excellent spot for a family reuinion.

My wife, son, and I stayed here with both of our parents plus my sister and had plenty of space. The house has two wings that allow for privacy and quiet time.

We enjoyed the pool and the large screened in porch. The kitchen and dining room are also large enough for a big family feast.

If you are looking for a well-appointed house that will accomodate a large group, this would be a good place to start. Plus, Kiawah is our favorit beach spot!

Great house!

This home was perfect for us and the 4 kids (11-14). The teenage boys loved the FROG area. The beach access by bike was excellent and the bikes were an added plus. We used them daily! I was pleased with all of the supplies in the house. Every kitchen item you need is already there. There really is no need to bring anything! The owner called day 1 to make sure everything was ok and was also in communication prior to our reservation. We will definitely consider Kiawah and this home for another vacation. We have absolutely NO complaints. The pool is smaller than we anticipated but the kids used it mostly at night and it was nice.
We found the home to be exactly as described and better. The wood floors and original paint treatments were beautiful. There are plenty of towels & linens. There are 5 TVs which was great for the kids. The home is very comfortable!
