The property is newly built to a high standard, The home provides an ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of an exhausting day at the parks, use the gas BBQ grill and enjoy the tranquility of a lake view.
The pool area has table and chairs plus loungers for those wishing to sunbathe or relax and eat out by the pool. The pool has optional heat for the cooler months.

A amenities The stylish decor inside the home is light and color coordinated. More photos and a floor plan is available on the home. The kitchen is well equipped plus has a table and chairs for less formal dining with a view of the lake and pool. The home has new appliances, large fridge with freezer and ice maker, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, large stove, etc.
There is a full dining area off the second living room for more formal dining this room also has a view of the lake. The main family room has a patio sliding door out to the pool deck and Lanai, so some shade for the hotter months and shelter from the rain should you decide to sit out side on a rainy day. The home has cable TV with DVD player, video machine, plus PlayStation 2 all in the family room. The master bedroom has a King bed plus TV with Video and DVD player and is en suite with large walk in shower and separate sunken tub plus his and hers vanity. The master suite has patio doors out to the pool area. At the other side of the house is the second master furnished with a queen bed plus TV and is en suite. The third and 4th bedrooms each have 2 x twin beds, and share a full bathroom. The property has a utility area (washer and dryer), garage and private drive way.
The pool area over looks the lake giving added privacy.
The amenities of a vacation homes provide so much more than a hotel, for your trip to Disney. There is a 7 Eleven gas station and convenience store 3 minutes drive away. For more substantial grocery shopping there is Publix, a Pizza shop, Chinese take out, liquor, video store, Taco Bell, McDonald's, KFC, Sonny's BBQ all just another 5 minutes away. Solivita, and the Oaks golf club plus numerous other golf courses are near by. Horseback/trail riding, The Nature Conservancy trails, Kissimmee Lake front park with boat trips, rentals, fun water fountains, children's playgrounds are good options for none park days. Visit Kennedy space center and Cocoa Beach - 1 hour away. St. Petersburg and Clearwater are 1 and 1/2 hour drive.
