This Four bedroom home with two master suites ( king and Queen) has it's own screened in heated pool, over looking a lake, and is located in Crescent Lakes, Crepe Myrtle, Kissimmee. The 192 and all it's amenities are close by. Disney is 10/15 min drive. We accommodate Disney vacationers, groups attending Orange County Convention center, International Drive visitors: - The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon , Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Sea World are also close by. Orlando International airport is 45 minutes and Sanford airport one hour and ten minutes away.
This home has free international calls and free long distance calls - quite a plus for our out of state and overseas guests.
Crescent Lakes is a blend of residential and vacation properties. It takes one hour to get to the beach! Tampa is a 40 minute drive, so is Bush Garden

The main family room has a patio sliding door out to the pool deck and Lanai, so some shade for the hotter months and shelter from the rain should you decide to sit out side on a rainy day. The home has cable TV with DVD player, video machine, plus PlayStation 2 all in the family room. The master bedroom has a King bed plus TV with Video and DVD player and is en suite with large walk in shower and separate sunken tub plus his and hers vanity. The master suite has patio doors out to the pool area. At the other side of the house is the second master furnished with a queen bed plus TV and is en suite. The third and 4th bedrooms each have 2 x twin beds, and share a full bathroom. The property has a utility area (washer and dryer), garage and private drive way.

The amenities of a vacation homes provide so much more than a hotel, for your trip to Disney. There is a 7 Eleven gas station and convenience store 3 minutes drive away. For more substantial grocery shopping there is Publix, a Pizza shop, Chinese take out, liquor, video store, Taco Bell, McDonald's, KFC, Sonny's BBQ all just another 5 minutes away. Solivita, and the Oaks golf club plus numerous other golf courses are near by. Horseback/trail riding, The Nature Conservancy trails, Kissimmee Lake front park with boat trips, rentals, fun water fountains, children's playgrounds are good options for none park days. Visit Kennedy space center and Cocoa Beach - 1 hour away. St. Petersburg and Clearwater are 1 and 1/2 hour drive.
