The private courtyard with generous sized Jacuzzi makes an inviting intimate private outdoor area set in the side yard. Interior lay out of this cottage maximizes privacy with the bedrooms and bathrooms on one side and common living areas on the other. The cottage has two bedrooms, one full bath with nice large walk-in shower big enough for two, and a roomy one half-bath (sink and commode). Bedding includes a king size bed and a queen size bed. The living room has a comfortable double bed sleeper futon. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful rich wooden armoire, and French doors lead from the bedroom to a pretty outdoor sitting area for reading and lounging. The side garden to the cottage has an inviting roomy Jacuzzi hot tub that is made private with a tall fence, and French doors that open to a fenced in back deck. The cottage has charming curb appeal with a beautiful royal Poinciana tree and the Key West quintessential white picket fence.
There is off-street parking for one car. The general design and layout of the cottage lends itself perfectly for versatile use. It is ideal for two couples, one couple that require additional space, or a group of 2 to 6 people that want privacy just steps away from Duval Street convenience. The cottage has off-street parking, but from here you really never need to get in your car. Have fun walking or biking everywhere. Enjoy the island to the fullest, and then come home to relax in the Jacuzzi. BR B Amenities: /B BR Champagne for the newly weds! Private Jacuzzi in garden, fenced yard, fully equipped kitchen. A/C, washer / dryer, color cable TV, C/D player and stereo. Linens and towels are provided.
