Main house:
The main house has two floors with the upstairs having two bedrooms (one king, one queen). An alcove holds two twin-size beds for extra space. There is also a full bath on this floor. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with a full bath. The main floor also has a large kitchen, dining area which seats ten, sitting room, and a family room with fireplace, which includes a new queen size sleeper sofa. Another half bath and laundry room finish the main house. The garage has been turned into a game room with ping-pong, Foosball, and other fun activities for kids and adults to enjoy. There are 2 porches to sit on - one on the front, the other on the side facing the creek and garden area. The main floor of the house is wheel chair accessible.
Cottage:
The cottage sits off to the side and back of the property right next to a creek that runs along the length of the property. It has a queen-size bed, full bath, TV, DVD player, kitchenette, and brand new couch which pulls out to a sleeper sofa. There is a deck which wraps-around half the cottage and overlooks the creek - it has outdoor seating and table for 10. It is perfect to sit and enjoy the privacy and views. Everything you will need and want is within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are 2 streets over, the beach is 3 blocks away, and you are one street over from the marina. The property has a very large lot (200 ft. deep x 100 ft. wide) and plenty of space for privacy but within arms reach of all you need to have fun.
