Ok suite, but better places available

The overall suite was adequate but there were definitely better places available after seeing other places and suites.

The suite was not that clean and given the sizeable cleaning fees I would expect better (dirty counters, floors not swept well, etc.). Some of the overhead fans ran extremely slowly and given the heat made sleep uncomfortable. The blinds in the bedroom were very low quality making the rooms bright early. Finally the room is actually a 1st floor suite and the picture labelled "View From The Lanai" is clearly not from this suite.

On the plus side we really liked the overall facility and the location of the facility. Everything about the facility was well maintained and quite nice.

Generally the place was decent and you'll have a good time, but if we came back we'd stay at another place.

We have been coming to Sea Village 4107 since 2004. We are very happy with the location. Our building is quiet most of the time except when we see a humpback whale breach out of the water then we share in the excitement from our lanai. We see many of the same people every year at Sea Village. We have made many friends over the years. We love the location of Sea Village. It is close enough to town to visit the many shops and restaurants yet it is far enough away from the noise and traffic. We hope to keep coming back to Sea Village every year. Mahalo Mike and Cindy

You cannot beat the location for this condo! We loved the oceanside lanai, the commons area, the pool...but the actual unit needs a few upgrades, particularly after we saw the other units that our friends were staying in. A coupld of suggestions include: upgrading the lanai furniture, which is wobbly and cheap plastic; putting a small fry pan in the kitchen and a portable cooler in the outdoor gear closet. (We did buy a small cooler and left it for the next guests.) From a maintenance standpoint, the dryer is incorrectly vented and lint is falling into the master bathroom shower stall; also, the floors were pretty dirty -- vaccuumed well, but needed mopping.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This condo was in a great location and overall the condo was good. The complex is really nice with a great pool and wonderful BBQ area. But the condo itself needs maintenance. The patio chairs are terribly old plastic - very uncomfortable and broken. The kitchen is generally well equipped but there was only one tea towel for 17 days. The toilet in the master bath ran all the time so we had to fix each time we used it. The dryer knob was broken so we could not determine the settings - things like that. The management company was very good for the booking process, gave us detailed instructions on how to find the place, brought us extra tea towels and coffee filters when we asked, provided us with our greeting package of coffee and water (again when we asked) but then treated an injury on the property as a trivial matter and did nothing to follow up. So I have very mixed feelings about both the unit and the management company. I likely would not recommend since there are so many other places to stay. I did read the comments prior to booking but had assumed that the issues would have been resolved. I have sent a list of maintenance issues to the management company but don't know if they will be fixed. Also this is the only place I have tried to book where there is an extra charge for using a credit card. We sent money orders rather than pay the extra.

Loved our condo unit, wonderful ocean view, felt very comfortable, and nice to have the pool and barbeque facilities, which we took full advantage of. Very convenient for the main strip in town, beaches and the airport (without hearing the planes going overhead). Would definitely stay there again.
