Wildwood Vacation Rental condo

We spent a very nice week in Wildwood. The condo was terrific. Very big and airy. There is a huge garage, enough room for two vehicles plus all the beach stuff. No need to drag up the chairs and beach toys. Condo itself was very nice. Carpet is a bit worn but adequate. If you want to nitpick, there is a towel hook that is missing in the guest bathroom, a huge stain (coffee?) on the white blind in the master bedroom... and that's about it. Everything else was wonderful. Huge table that sits 8. Kitchen with everything in it, from pots and pans to blender and dishwasher. The people before us had left dishwasher soap and other conveniences. We did the same when we left. We have two kids (7 and 10) and they were thrilled with the 2 bedrooms for them. One room has two single beds and the other a bunk bed with a single and double. If you have young children, you cannot let them use the upper bank since the mattress is flush with the railing so that nothing is keeping them from rolling off and falling off. Air conditionning works perfectly. Washer and dryer worked perfectly... and we used them every night to dry off our towels, very handy. There was plenty of hot water for showers... one kid would take a shower in their bathroom while one adult would take one in the other bathroom. Then the others would, we never ran out of hot water. Even though the condo is situated on a main street with lots of traffic (hard to back out onto street from garage, people are not very courteous) inside the condo, you don't hear a thing, especially in bedrooms. For the first time one vacation, we all slept in till at least 9 a.m., unheard of for us. There are nice wicker patio furniture on balcony, seating for 5 with bistro and coffee table. Very nice, but the only problem is that there is a lot of traffic on street, so not very quiet. Neighbours are locals and quite vocal... the police even came one night for a domestic dispute. But like I said, once inside you don't hear a thing. All locks are keyless which is terrific because you don't have to worry about keys on beach, but it caused some worry as to how many people know code to enter. We didn't know how often the owner changed codes, so a in-condo safe (like the ones in hotel rooms where the code is entered by occupant) would have been greatly appreciated. Our trip was a last minute thing, so I secured the rental by phone only, no deposit, and owner was especially friendly and nice and asked only for us to pay on arrival.
