We bought this Villa because of its location and easy access to the I-4 motorway only 5 mins from the Villa 15 mins to Parks, shopping and restaurants.The Villa is only 45 mins from Tampa and 60 mins to Clearwater. We have the choice of east or west coast beaches that are only 55 mins away.

Everything you need is just so near and still we can enjoy the quiet surrounds of our home in Lake Wilson surrounded by Preserved Woodlands and lakes.We are very interested in home exchanges from France, Italy, Spain.

What makes this villa unique

We love to lay beside our private pool and enjoy the sun. Coming from Ireland this is a real treat.

The home was terrific. Exactly as advertised. We had nine in our group and were able to sleep everyone quite comfortably. Being spoiled we did miss the king sized bed and the sleeper couch left a little to be desired. Loved the kitchen, we had three people cooking and had room to move around.

The managers were great, answered all our questions and made suggestions that were very helpful.
The location worked great as well, we spent time at Clearwater Beach and Universal Studios...about an hour to the beach and maybe fifteen minutes to Universal.

The favorite area was the patio and pool, it could rain all it wanted and we could spend time watching it fall and playing in the pool.

I would recommend this place to my friends and will rent it again on our next trip.

Our family LOVED staying at your house, there was plenty of room for all of us, only wish we hadn't been so busy, so we could of enjoyed the pool more! The property manager Nick and his wife were awesome as well, they were quick to respond to any of our needs. The house was very clean and neat and had everything we needed, and the location was great too, quick to local shops and just a jump to all the parks. We will definately recommend your house to all our friends and hopefully when we make another trip to Florida we will be able to stay there again. Thanks again for a lovely stay! The Roper family

Universal and Disney Getaway

My husband and I, along with my parents, and my brother and his family decided to take a vacation together to play at Universal and Disney. We wanted to stay somewhere close by that we could stay at together yet be comfortable and spacious for when we were relaxing. And, since it was for 6 adults and 3 children we definitely needed space. Well, we had plenty of space and then some. There was a lovely pool in the back to relax in after a long day of playing. The kitchen was quite spacious, and there were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Close and convenient to everything and private. It was the best of all worlds. Staying here was far better than a hotel room. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant. We truly had a wonderful stay. We are so glad we came. Can't wait to do it again. Thank you!

Disney get away

We had a great time. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was exceptionally well maintained. The beds were comfortable with fresh crisp linens, bathrooms impeccable with plenty of clean towels. House was very spacious for our two families. Short drive to the parks, shopping and food. Will be looking to stay there again in the future.
