Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices refer to the house with a maximum occupancy of 8 people, including linen, final cleaning,garage and many free services. Electricity costs referring to consumption, 1 pet is included in the price, each additional is an 5 € a day. The gratuitous services include the accoutrement with: bedclothes, towels of any kind, table cloth, candles, servicing, coffee filters, fire place ignitions, kitchen rolls, cleaning agent and dish liquid, trash bags, toilet paper. Also the price includes fresh linen weekly at a stay of 14 days or more. There is the possibility of a cleaning in between that time by our cleaning service for a surcharge.
  • Deposit money 350 €. The caution money will be recharged to your account, if not claimed, after our efficient final cleaning! Additional charges and caution money are to be paid at the location with cash or Creditcard. We exept EC-Card / Maestro / Visa / Mastervard! We rent at a minimum of 3 days beyond high season! During high season at a minimum of 1 week! We offer a reduction on the main renting price for 2 weeks: 5%, for 3 weeks 10%, for 4 weeks 15%!
  • In the saving and low season we also have a prospect-offer, as well as our special-offers for 2 people at exceptional prices. Information on times and prices on demand! Prospect-offer: 17.04. - 24.04.2010 / 635.- € for a maximum of 8 people, only 2 people 445.- € per week plus additional costs.

Erholsame Tage auch mit Hunden

Wir haben einige Tage hier verbracht und uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, wie das gesamte Anwesen, war sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, ganz besonders die Küche. Der große Garten ist perfekt für Kinder und bietet Hunden viel Auslauf. Ruhige und trotzdem günstige Lage für Ausflüge. Einziger Nachteil: Das Haus ist recht hellhörig.
Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, humorvoll und hilfsbereit. Für ihre nächtliche "Nothilfe Hund" waren wir besonders dankbar. Auch die Restaurantempfehlung "La Belle Epoque" erwies sich als Treffer für ein abendliches Diner mit Mehrgangmenü. Insgesamt ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil. Auch gut für mehrere Familien geeignet.

Wir kommen wieder!

Ende August haben wir mit 7 Erwachsenen eines der 2 Doppelhäuser für ein paar Tage gemietet, um einfach abzuschalten und nichts zu tun.
Die Beschreibung der Romantik-Chalets und die sehr ansprechende Seite im Internet haben direkt meine Aufmerksamkeit geweckt und wir haben online gebucht.
Ich kann nur sagen, es wird nicht zu viel versprochen! Die Häuser sind traumhaft! Umgeben von einer großen Wiese, die zum Feiern, Spielen oder einfach nur Entspannen einlädt, liegen die beiden sehr gepflegten und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Doppelhäuser inmitten einer ruhigen, ländlichen Umgebung.
Unser Haus war sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben die toll ausgestattete Küche jeden Tag genutzt, um gemeinsam zu kochen und anschließend am großen Tisch zusammen zu essen. Der Kamin hat in den Abendstunden für Gemütlichkeit gesorgt. Einziges Manko des Hauses ist die Hellhörigkeit, aber auch das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.
Der See, zu dem es nur ein paar hundert Meter Fußweg sind, kann im Sommer zum Schwimmen, Boot fahren, Wandern oder Radfahren genutzt werden. Eine Bäckerei und Metzgerei sind ganz in der Nähe und zum großen Supermarkt ist es auch nicht weit.
Unser Fazit: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Gerne auch in den Wintermonaten, die ich mir hier sehr romantisch vorstelle :-)
