Come for a relaxing stay with us at the Waikoloa Beach Villas, a newly built property in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. Waikoloa Beach Villas is a gated community next to a golf course, shopping and dining, the famous A’Bay (Anaeho’omaulu Bay Beach), King’s Trail and Petroglyphs, and offers many amenities such as two swimming pools and spas and a private gym in the complex.
Our unit is in an elevator building and features a full sized washer/dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans, granite countertops, a built-in microwave, and stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, and huge refrigerator). Preparing meals in our kitchen will be a breeze with our cookware and dinnerware for your convenience. Too tired to cook or looking for a night out, there is also dining at the Kings and Queens’ Marketplaces adjacent to the property where you can enjoy fine dining, local fare, and take out/fast food.
When you’re ready to head to the beach, grab the beach gear. There are beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards and a cooler to make it an adventure. After a long day of activities, relax in front of our 46 inch LED LCD television in the living room or 40 inch LED LCD television in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom is also equipped with a 22' TV. You can also sink into our comfortable beds with our high quality linens and bedding. Extra guests will enjoy the comfort of a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Also within a 2-minute drive is the famous Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach with all the joys of white sand, trees, snorkeling, and more. Further down the road (10 to 15 minute drive) are other local beaches, whether you want the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby 'Beach 69' (at mile marker 69).
All of our units have a thick, well-thought-out guidebook to the local area, complete with sections describing Waikoloa Beach Resort and all its offerings, important phone numbers, Big Island life information, a guide to beaches, shopping, activities, Luau/Dining, and Golf.
Even in our modest units, the most common remark we hear when guests arrive is, “The pictures don’t do it justice.” We take pride in our high standards of service, cleanliness, and all-around Aloha in serving our guests and attending to their needs.
Late flight arrival? Just ask, and we’ll be happy to do a preliminary grocery shop, arrange for flowers, set up or guide you to activities, or give local information with all we know.
