Condo is located right up to Beach, outdoor heated pool. 1 Bedroom, Oueen Size Bed, Fully equipped kitchen, Dining area, Living Room with Oueen Sleeper Sofa, Newly furnished, new carpeting in Bedroom and Living room, Ceramic tile in all other areas. Lanai furnished to enhance seaside views.

Everything in the listing is accurate. The condo is well stocked. No need to bring anything other than your own personel items.The view from the condo is spectacular. You will need a car to stay there. There is one restaurant within walking distance. It's the marina. They serve mostly seafood. The property and the condo was very clean and well kept. Thank you Bill. You are great to deal with. I would recommend this condo to retired persons and families with older children. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The condo also has wifi that was great. The beach there is very quiet and calm. All in all we had an amazing time. Thanks again.

Wonderful gulf view condo

This is a wonderful gulf front condo. The condo is nicely furnished and is very comfortable. This is a great beach location and is on Little Hickory Island in Bonita Beach. Little Hickory is a nice area and is a pretty area near the intercoastal waterway as well as the gulf.
The condo owner is very accurate in the description of the unit and was very prompt in sending info and the key for rental.The unit is clean, has a comfortable queen bed, and has a great screened porch overlooking the pool and beach.
I would and already have recomended this unit to a friend.
