Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $250 - $375 Per Night or $1,250 - $2,500 Per Week
• $250 - $375 Per Night or $1,250 - $2,500 Per Week
  ~Linens & Cleaning are not included in rates.
  ~$45.00 Security Deposit waiver.
  $50.00 Processing fee.
  ~50% of Rental Amount required to reserve. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  ~Add 11.75% (NC Sales Tax & Occupancy Tax)
  Cancellation Policy:
  When a reservation is cancelled less then 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be given. When reservation is cancelled more then 30 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged and the Reservation Processing Fee of $50.00 plus 11.75% tax on both.
