The perfect choice

This was everything we wished for a super sunshine break. The house was spacious ,clean and had a lovely swimming pool area where we spent many mornings and evenings relaxing as it has sun all day long.
The house was easy to find, set in a tranquil location and ideally situated to get to the many golf coarses, Disney theme parks & the other "too many to mention" attractions, all as advised in the details. It's not far from Orlando airport which is a definite added bonus after a tiring flight from the UK.
The owners have obviously put the needs of guest uppermost by providing some much appreciated information such as maps, guides, essential provisions (if you want the option) and list of recommended restaurants etc. For buying theme park or show tickets do not hesitate to call the management company or go to Wallmart (very closeby north on highway 27). Note, Wallmart appeared to sell many attraction tickets at discounted prices. The supermarkets are local and plentiful but we also enjoy eating out alot, so our first choice and cetainly the best all round for quality and value for money is the Olive Garden, we visited one near Downdown Disney but there are several in Orlando area. Another of our favorites and was handy to stop at along highway 192 on way back to villa, was Houlihans. Great for bbq rack of ribs if you like that sort of thing.
We have stayed at Jaybee Avenue three times and would strongly recommend this villa to family and friends because it really is in a ideal location. During
our stays we have visited all the Disney parks, Universal Resort, Space Centre, Sea World, water parks etc but in addition we have found some less known but equally exciting State Parks. The best is Wekiwa Springs where you can swim and go canoeing down the river and see aliagators in their natural inhabitate. The park welfare facilites are good but do take along a picnic as the catering choice is not extensive. Don't hesitate to drive further afield to places such as Tampa, Clearwater, Dayona Beach or Cocoa Beach as the drive is easy and well worth the effort.
