Photos and Description of the Keystone vacation townhome rental Lovely 3 BR + loft, 3.5 BA Townhome with all the comforts of home. Sleeps 8-10.

This 3 bedroom plus loft, privately owned and managed townhome has recently been completely repainted and is supplied with all the comforts of home. It is an end unit in the wooded Starfire complex and very quiet. The attached garage or front doors enter into the slate foyer that has a powder room. From there, you can go to the living room, dining room and kitchen or large deck, upstairs to the Master bedroom and a separate loft, or downstairs to 2 additional bedrooms with private bathrooms . A Craco pack n play porta crib and booster chair is in the home for use by your little ones. The granite kitchen includes everything you need. Most cooking staples are supplied. The breakfast bar has 4 stools. The living room has Leather reclining furniture, a gas fireplace, 37' HD cable TV with DVR, PS3 (DVDs or your games). High speed wired and wireless internet service is included. Many games are available for your use. A large deck is off the living room with a natural gas grill and chairs.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV TV with DVR, and large bath with two sinks, jetted tub and separate shower. A separate loft with sofa bed is also on top floor. Downstairs two other bedrooms each have a TV, private bath and door to private patio. One of these bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other has 2 full size beds. The washer and dryer is on the lower level and available for your use. The 2 neighborhood hot tubs are close by out the front door. The Keystone Lodge pool/spa is a short walk and is available for a small daily fee or punch card purchase. It has 2 exercise rooms, 2 hot tubs, steam shower, sauna and massage available. The Snake River bike path is near by. The free shuttle stops at the street entrance. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the stop. Then it is a 5 minute ride to the base of the mountain. The total walking distance is less than most advertised ski-in, ski-out places.

You can also take a 5 minute walk to Keystone Village where ice skating, paddle boats, canoes, shops and restaurants are available. BR B Amenities: /B BR Wireless (and wired)high speed internet, 4 cable TVs, stereo with surround sound, DVD, gas fireplace, Natural gas grill, Washer/Dryer, Local phone, Gas Stove , Microwave, Toaster Oven, Blender Coffee Maker, Toaster, Crockpot, Iron and Ironing board, Hair dryers in each full bath. BR B Activities: /B BR Activities in the area include but are not limited to skiing, ice skating, snow shoeing, hiking, biking, jeeping, golf, boating, etc. BR B Area: /B BR 90 miles from Denver International Airport, Keystone is an easy drive west from Denver using I70, in Summit County. Dillon and Silverthorne are 5 miles away and house much shopping, including the outlet stores. Lake Dillon is great for boating in the summer. The ski areas close by include Keystone Mountain, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.

Thanksgiving Holiday

This townhome property is lovely, well-maintained, has decks and trees. It has Ansel Adams prints on the walls, a great dining table, good kitchen with granite breakfast bar, lots of light and windows in the common areas, and architecturally is modern yet comfortable. The furniture is plush, and invites relaxing in front of the fireplace or the television or reading a book. The master suite on top is large and has great privacy; the two other bedrooms, on the bottom floor are pleasant, too, and have doors to the outside trees and paths. The layout is well-suited for large groups. The living-dining-kitchen main floor flows well. Though just six of us stayed at the townhome, we entertained fourteen for Thanksgiving! Extended family had rooms at the Lodge, which is walking distance, and others at a little condo. The townhome is close to Keystone lifts, and not far to Breckenridge, either, for mountain boarders and skiers. Nightskiing was open, too.
Those of us who did not board or ski, enjoyed staying in on a snowy day, doing some hiking on warmer days, spending an afternoon in Breckenridge Main Street shops and galleries. We took some nice walks along the river and, also, on the path that parallels Soda Creek Road.
All of us agreed that the location was perfect for our group-- quiet and treed though not remote. Any season this place would please. One note: Though there are three levels, the main floor is the entrance, master up, other two bedrooms down. Our 86 year old, the grandmother, was quite comfortable with her labrador in tow, and the stairs are well-designed and managable from a bedroom to the main floor. Last note. The kitchen is the most well-equipped of any place I've rented. Glassware, wineglasses, two sets of dishes, good knives, cutting boards. When the owners said I would have everything I needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal, they weren't exaggerating. There was even a turkey roaster. It was a fun familyThanksgiving, and being in this particular townhome added to our pleasure. Highest recommendation.

We stayed in the house for one week and were VERY happy with the house. It was perfect for our family with the different levels of the home. The location is perfect, close enough but far enough away from the busy area's! It was nice to have a clean home with all the conveniences (pots, silverware, ect) there to use as needed. I would absolutely reccomend the property!!!!

What a fantastic place to spend our vacation. The floor plan is perfect for families (bottom floor for kids and grandkids,main floor living area and master bedroom upstairs for us!). The house is just like living in our own home,complete with everything. We spent the week biking, horseback riding, golfing, chuck wagon dinner, gondola ride to top of mountain for fondue dinner, etc. etc. etc. Only problem was having to leave,one week definitely not long enough. House is short walk to village and playground for kids. I highly recommend this townhouse.

This was truly a week of luxury. The property has everything and is immaculately clean and new. There was room for everyone privately and all had bathrooms, tv's and access to the outside. We certainly would try to stay here again!!!

We had another great vacation at Keystone this week. We spent a day at the Peak 8 Activities Area in Breckenridge, went rafting down Brown's Canyon, Horseback riding, Mountain biking, Paddle boating, took a scenic chairlift ride and went for many walks along the Snake River. The weather was beautiful and your townhouse is always a great place to call "home".

Thanks again for helping to make our vacation so memorable. We can't wait to come back !!!!!!
