NOTHING AVAILABLE UNTIL SEPT 13, 2009! Clean! Clean! Clean! (Read Review!!) Spend your time on the beach not on the elevator; 1st floor location with a magnificent view of the ocean from either the balcony or living rm, overlooking the outdoor pool. Enjoy the dolphins as they swim by every morning. A Masonry Oceanfront Condo located at 112th St., the center of the 'High Rise' condos in Ocean City. Manager lives on site. This is NOT an efficiency condo, it is full size. We have completely renovated the bathroom, bedroom, living room furniture. The bedroom has 2 double beds, and the sofa opens into a double size bed. There is a storage shed just off the beach for chairs, umbrellas etc. Kitchen fully stocked, complete set of dishes, pot and pans, utensils, etc. Cable TV in both living rm and bedroom. A library of books and DVDs are available. Internet available for a sm fee!

1 st Floor, Beach front, overlooking pool! Walking distance to movie theater, restaurants, supermarket and small mall. Our condo is located on the first floor, if you don't want to wait for the elevator, it is no problem to walk one flight of stairs to the condo. You can also 'walk' to the mezzanine and the pool, the choice is yours. (Wheelchair accessible from condo to pool deck). Internet available for a fee. All furniture new within past 2 yrs. Bathroom completely renovated in '07. All new kitchen appliances, counter top, ceramic floor 2007. No 'antique' furniture in this condo! TV/DVD/Stereo in living room, TV in bedroom with 2 double beds. This is not an efficiency, we are 769 sq ft!

Girls weekend getaway. We had a blast. The condo was PERFECT! Very clean and very nice. Close to activities but just enough distance from the hectic nightlife at the boardwalk, to be quiet.
The person who owns the condo is the nicest, sweetest lady you will ever deal with. She is an absolute sweetheart!
Everything was perfect and we plan to start doing annual girl getaways!
