Photos and Description of the Dennisport vacation condo rental Adorable Small 2 BR, 1 BA Classic Condo Cottage 600 Ft to the Beach! Sleeps 4

Only 5 houses separate our condo from the beach (600 ft) making this the perfect spot for families, especially those with small children. This quaint family oriented complex consists of only 6 units. You can see Nantucket Sound from the front of the complex. Our condo features all knotty pine, classic Cape Cod charm. The unit consists of a living/dining/kitchen combination and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from a crock pot to a lobster pot. One bedroom features a double (full-sized) bed and the other bedroom has twins. Sliders from full-size bedroom lead to a deck and an over-sized private fenced-in patio with gas grill and outdoor shower. A beautiful new park with walking trails, gardens, and playground is a minute's walk away. Several restaurants are walkable..It's all about location.

Families especially find Dennisport has everything they need all within minutes of the condo. We are also close to charming Harwichport.

There are several restaurants you can walk to from the condo, with shops, mini golf, golf courses, and ferry service to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard just minutes away by car. Book early for prime summer weeks. This is an end unit for added privacy. Amenities: Water view from front of complex. Walk to beach, trails, playground, restaurants. VCR, DVD and CD player, coffee maker, microwave, deck, gas grill, window fans, outdoor shower, private patio. Activities: You are seconds from Route 28 where restaurant, shops, activities for children (for example, mini golf, water bumper boats, electric paddle boat rentals) are endless. Ferry service to the islands is just minutes away by car. For those who love antique shopping, the Route 6A area in Dennis is well worth checking out!

This location makes it ideal for day trips to both Provincetown (approx 1 hour) or Falmouth/Buzzards Bay area (approx 1 hour). Area: Dennisport, Cape Cod is located right in the middle of Cape Cod, approximately one and one-half hours from Boston.

I had the pleasure of staying here in 2008. It was so relaxing and calming that i was very sad to have to head home.
The property was well taken care of. I enjoyed the stay and am looking forward to returning this year.
