Area: Dennisport, Cape Cod is located right in the middle of Cape Cod, approximately one and one-half hours from Boston.
I am a retired teacher, having taught in private and public schools. I also write leveled readers, books for children beginning to read. Currently I tutor students in reading and writing. My home town is Philadelphia, but my husband and I currently live in Western Massachusetts.
Since I went to the Jersey shore as a child, I have always loved the beach. Fell in love with the Cape and always dreamed of having a place there. My husband joke about how I never could enjoy vacations when we were camping or staying at hotels, because I wanted to look at real estate. We looked for years, and finally found the right place.
Location, location, and location. I fell in love with the neighborhood. You can see the water from the parking lot and walk to the beach. There are only 3 units in each building, with 2 buildings. There are 2 bedrooms, so we can have visitors when we stay there. The patio area is private, but big enough to have flower gardens.
Dennisport is a phenomenal location for a vacation. You are Mid Cape making an easy drive to the tip of Provincetown (1 hour) or drive south to the Falmouth area (1 hour). Families especially find Dennisport has everything they need all within minutes of the condo. We are also close to charming Harwichport.
Golf: There are numerous golf courses within minutes from the condo. Options are endless. For the kids, several mini golf courses are also within minutes from the condo.
