• $900-2499 /Week
• REFUND POLICY: Since it is difficult to fill vacancies without adequate notice no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure except in event of a government ordered, mandatory evacuation. No refund will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure except for nights not used due to a mandatory evacuation. If the registered guest chooses to cancel the reservation and we receive notice of cancellation more than six weeks (42 days) before the scheduled arrival date we will refund all deposit and rent received. Notice of cancellation is considered received on the date we receive your notice via telephone or email, or the date your letter is postmarked by the U. S. Post Office. Regardless of when notice of cancellation is received, we will refund the deposit and rent received if we rent the condo to another guest at substantially the same price for the same rental period.
• If we receive notice of cancellation less than 42 days before the scheduled arrival date and we do not rent the condo to another guest for the same rental period:
  1. We will keep the deposit
  2. We will refund 100% of the rent paid if notice is received at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  3. We will refund 50% of the rent paid if notice is received at least 21 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  4. We will refund 30% of the rent paid if notice is received at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  5. We will keep all of the rent paid if notice is received less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  
  Force Majeure. There may be circumstances beyond our control and contemplation, in which the condo might not be available for rental period.
