Wonderful Home with Large Fenced-In Yard !! Many weeks still available for the 2009 season. Come enjoy Cape Cod in this wonderful 3 BR home. Sandy sound-side Sea Street beach is just 2 tenths of a mile away - that's less than a 5 minute walk. Arborway is newly renovated for the 2009 season, and provides an immaculate and comfortable resting spot for you and your family while enjoying all that Cape Cod has to offer. This beach cottage is light and bright, shiny and new! Inside, there are beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms, new Berber carpet in the living room with comfortable furnishings. Completely new kitchen and bathroom, and a bonus sun room that can double as a bedroom. Upstairs is a spacious loft that is air conditioned and carpeted. Enjoy the screened in porch that runs the length of the house with a sitting area on one side and an eating area on the other and outside enjoy the amazing mahogany sun-deck with ample seating.

Rinse off after the beach in the large outdoor shower complete with built in locker and bench! The home sits on a 1/4 an acre of land and the yard is completely fenced in! Perfect for the kids to play! And adults to relax! Arborway is close to some of the area's most popular attractions - Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor, The Dog House Restaurant, Woolfie's Bakery, and Clancy's Restaurant, as well as shopping, galleries, theatre, and golf.
Amenities:
The fully equipped, kitchen includes microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, blender, full size refrigerator and gas stovetop and oven. Also has a breakfast bar with seating for 2. There is a table with seating for 4 in the living room and as well as on the screened in porch. The comfortable living room has ample seating, color TV, cable, DVD,VCR, and stereo system. Enjoy barbecuing on the gas-grill in the back yard with seating for 6 around the patio table, and lounge on the brand new sundeck.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, bedroom #2 has 2 twins, and the brand-new air-conditioned upstairs sleeping loft has one full and two twins. The loft has cable TV and a VCR. There is also a sleep sofa in the sun-room. Luxurious 100% cotton bath towels and bed linens are provided, as well as any and all baby equipment per tenant request - porta-crib, high chair, playpen, exersaucer, etc. Also included are beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys, complete with a wagon for easy transport to and from the beach.

A couple of my friends got together and decided to stay at the Cape for the long weekend. Its a great home, alot of bedrooms, and the large backyard was great to throw the football around. The Owners were really nice, they even baked us some goods. They also had a binder with nearby attractions and eaterys. Will tell family and friends about this house!

Another Perfect Week on the Cape

We had a great week at Arborway. This is a very comfortable, clean, well maintained property. Loved the large deck, the screened porch and the sun room. Cottage has a very large fenced yard which would be a bonus to families with small children. My teenage son loved the attic bedroom with cable TV. We have rented from the owners for several years now and would not consider renting with anyone else.
