    Acknowledge review of safety and rental guidelines required;
    1/2 remaining rent, sales tax, and security deposit due 30 days before rental period;
    $150 security deposit per reserved week applies;
    No smoking indoors and no pets;
    Cancellation 30 days or less prior to rental will result in forfeiture of 1/2 of advance rent paid unless cottage is rented at an equivalent rate;
    Advance rent paid will be returned for cancellation more than 30 days before the rental period less $50;
    No refunds for early departures.

Notes: The All Seasons Sand Bay Cottage furnishes eight sets of kitchen and bath towels and features pressed bed linens. Everything one might need is included except you must bring the fun and food. We supply a get started compliment of paper products but you will need to furnish enough toilet paper and paper towels for you stay. Running water is furnished from a well with the water carbon filtered and tested safe for drinking. Some prefer to cook and drink bottled water so we supply a starter bottle of three gallons. Additional bottled water can be purchased at a convenience store five miles away.
