Beautifully decorated platinum rated (the highest rating!) beach front property. Complete kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. On the beach and just a short walk to island clubhouse and pool. Seabrook Club amenity fees are included at no extra charge. High-speed internet access, LCD flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom.

Over 900 square feet with two full baths, full kitchen, and washer and dryer.

Amenities: : Enjoy a relaxing and rewarding vacation only a platinum rated beach front property located on a private island can provide. The beach is right out your door.

Amenity cards are included at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Relax at one of the club's two pools. Play golf on either of the club's two courses. Play tennis, ride a horse at the equestrian center, workout in the fitness club, rent a bike, or just relax. It's all at Seabrook Island.

The villa is one of the very few platinum rated Pelican Watch unit's Platinum rating is the highest rating a rental unit can achieve. Granite counter tops, new appliances, fully equipped kitchen, and tastefully decorated, the unit has two full baths, a master suite and a large living area with a fold out queen bed.

Two TV's, a DVD player, and a VCR player are provided for your use as well as a washer and dryer within the unit.

A large patio that faces the beach is accessed through sliding doors in the living area.

My husband and I spent our anniversary at this villa last week. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner provided excellant customer service and responded quickly during the booking process. The villa was absolutely beautiful. The entire island is gorgeous. If your looking for excitement and lots of action, this isn't the place for you. But if your looking for peace and just some quiet time with your love, it's a wonderful choice. We drove into Charleston and enjoyed the activities there, then came back and enjoyed the beach area. It's the best of both worlds. We would highly recommend this vacation rental.

A little piece of heaven

We stayed at this property in Spring 2009 and loved it. The condo is clean and comfortable but my favorite spot was the balcony. In the evening, deer would come to graze on the grass. It was very peaceful with only a few people on the beach. Also, the little shopping village at the entrance of the complex was a great place to walk around. We'll definitely return.

We just returned from a week stay in this beautiful villa. Newly and freshly decorated with a super comfortable pillow top king mattress in the bedroom.

Flat screen TVs in the living room (with DVD) and bedroom (with VHS). A nice stereo with CD player in the living room. High speed ethernet connection is provided at no charge. This is a fast and reliable internet connection.

Beautiful sunset views from the open porch are perfect for evening cocktails.

Seconds from the beach and located at a quiet part of the island. This is an ideal place for a romantic get away.

I am putting this villa into my favorites and hope to be able to vacation here again.
