Ski:
You can swim on the premises or take a very short drive to big, beautiful sandy beaches!
Along the West side of the Vista, there is a pretty little creek that runs into Lake Superior. Feel free to pick the wild raspberries and blackberries that grow alongside the creek. There's enough to make a pie! If you're interested in Strawberry and Blueberry picking, we know some great spots!
The front yard at Vista is so large and spacious, there is enough room for the kids to play baseball, kickball and tag, and at night they can run around and catch fireflies!

Golf:
the shoreline can be rocky or sandy depending on her mood!. If you'd like a larger beach area for the children to play, Sand Point Beach is just down the shoreline a bit (2 minutes by car).
