This beautiful home was truly built with the lake in mind. Near Channel Marker R26 there are stunning water views from every major room of the house. There are numerous sitting and lounging areas inside and outside, all with full views of the lake. Large picture windows ensure that the water is always in site.
The home is luxuriously decorated with hardwood floors throughout, natural stone countertops, custom tile and stone showers and bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is supplied with all GE Monogram appliances and gas cook-top.
On the main level you will be treated to a vaulted ceiling den with gas fireplace and HD flat screen television. The kitchen, laundry room and dining area are just off of this area making entertaining and conversation very easy. Just outside of the dining area is a lovely outside seating area that is a perfect place to have morning coffee and relax as the calm lake readies itself for the day's activities.
You will also find the master bedroom suite on this level. A large master bedroom with king bed is flanked by a sitting room completely surrounded by casement windows. So, if you would rather have that cup of coffee without having to participate in the other morning activities, you can relax on the comfortable sofa with your coffee and maybe a good book and still have those wonderful water views. The master bathroom is fully tiled in marble with a large double shower with multiple water sprays. A large jetted garden tub completes the room along with his and hers separate vanities. The walk in closet provides ample space for any amount of clothes for your stay.

Tina is originally from the mountains of Virginia and has always wanted to have a vacation home in Virginia since moving to NC in the early 80's. After years of going to the coast of NC is was time to spend some time in the mountains again but still near the water. Smith Mountain Lake was the obvious choice.
