Enjoy your winter in our large luxurious, 3 Bedroom – 3 Bath 'Seascape II' town home located directly on Indian Shores beach (10 minutes south of Clearwater). Enjoy the ocean breeze from either your private balcony directly off the master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a new king size bed, master bath, the second balcony off the living room or the poolside private patio. A second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has two pull out twin sofas (designed as an extra TV room). Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets thru floor to ceiling glass doorways on each level, take walks along the beach, go body-surfing in the warm water of the Gulf, or just relax in our heated whirlpool spa/lap pool. Our town home is one of only five of Seascape's II elegant, tri-level townhouses. We have a 1st floor enclosed 2 car garage, over 3000 square foot area, private elevator with direct access from the secured garage, located directly on a pristine stretch of sugar sand beach.

Rental Rates for this vacation townhome rental in Indian Shores, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $4250-$6250/Month
  • Our monthly rates do not include expenses incurred directly by the tenant(i.e.HVAC,long distance telephone)there are no hidden costs.
    A $200 departure fee (for cleaning) per stay and applicable tenant incurred expenses as referenced must be added to the below rates in addition to State required taxes(11% on rental fee)
    A $600/month (maximum of $1800 regardless of lease duration) security deposit(from which we will deduct cleaning fees and applicable utilities upon departure and return the balance) plus one months rental due upon booking and total balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Certified Checks are accepted.
    Discounts are available for a longer stay.
    Sorry, no pets and this is a non-smoking unit.
