A little gem in Oak Bay!

I had the great luck to be one of the first renters of this lovely lower level one bedroom suite. I stayed one month and the location was perfect for walking, biking, going to the beach or going over to the Oak Bay Marina for breakfast or lunch in the Bistro there. The unit is quite spacious and the heating is in the floor so it feels warm and toasty even in Feb in Victoria. The bedroom is quite large as is the kitchen/dining area and the living room has a lovely high definition TV and comfortable furniture. It was very clean when I arrived and easy to maintain. Just around the corner, with in 100 yards is a little collection of stores, coffee shop, two restaurants, a pharmacy and a bakery (the food is excellent). There is ample parking for two vehicles at the front of the unit should two couples be sharing this unit. Noise was not a problem and outside the door the owner had a picnik table if you wanted to eat outdoors. I would highly recommend this unit to family and friends. If you love walking the shoreline or kicking up the sand on the beach you will be very happy you chose this unit. The Owner was very helpful. The unit does not have a washer/dryer but facilities are close by if you are staying long term. There is also a bus stop right across the street, very convenient if you don't have a car. Experience Oak Bay at it's finest! Almost forgot, the unit has wireless internet as most people want that these days! Enjoy your stay.
