Lovely 1BR, 2BA Condo, Oceanfront, Wonderful Sunsets, Pool and Beach

Pleasant, bright, cheery and secure surroundings. Perched alongside the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and the opportunity to view marine life, waterbirds, and local fishers. Just 20 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta. A car is not necessary, as there are taxi's and the bus right outside the door. The adjacent village offers restaurants, and some limited shopping.

Secure gated building. Airconditioning, and ceiling fans.

Spacious bedroom, with new king size bed and en suite with large marble shower.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Front room has a queen size bed-chesterfield and large separate bathroom.

Dining room table seats six.

Full frontal patio on the view, with table and four chairs.

Smoking only on patio.

Let the waves lull you to sleep!

Amenities: Kitchen includes: refrigerator, new gas stove, toaster oven, coffee pot, juicer, and blender.

Cable T.V., CD and DVD player.

Facilities include: large pool, 2 hot tubs, tennis court, on-site restaurant (in season), Fully equipped exercise room, and user-pay internet access.

Maid service 3 times a week is included in rental.
