We had such a wonderful time, the location was perfect, convient to the strip but yet far enough away to make you feel right at home. Everything we needed was in the house, the pool & spa was GREAT. Thanks for opening your home to us, we will tell our friends and family to get ahold of you when comming to Vegas.

We've stayed at rental homes in several countries and this one ranks up with the best. It was 100% consistant with the description both regarding the house itself and location. We had six adults and one infant and were very comfortable.
Tom's communications and responses to questions both before and during the stay were fantastic - friendly and professional.
The house is in a great location - well-located in a quite neighborhood but close to anything including the airport and the Strip and within walking distance of a nice mall and restaurants.
Overall we had a great experience. We would likely stay there again and recommend it to frends and family.

What a find!

We just returned from our stay, and we absolutely loved this house!

We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door, and the neighborhood was safe and charming. The house has a great flow, and the kitchen and home had everything we needed for our stay. It's very well maintained, private, clean and comfortable (the down comforters were heavenly), and the beautiful spa was a great way to end each night on the strip.

The owner Tom was a pleasure to deal with, and the rental process was quick and easy.

The strip is just a quick drive away, and we can't ever imagine staying in a casino again, when we can stay here.

Thanks for inviting us into your home, and the next time we're planning a trip to Vegas, there's no doubt where we'll be staying!

Have baby, will travel

Nice, relaxing get-away

This was a very nice property. The back patio and pool was a fabulous place to relax in the evenings and cook-out with friends. The inside of the house was very comfortable as well. Green Valley Ranch is very close and The Strip is just a short drive away. We stayed here during the World Series of Poker, and it was a great get-away when the guys weren't playing poker. You get the excitement of the strip when you want it, and peace and quiet when you don't.

The owner was very responsive and great to work with. I would recommend this property. Very family-friendly, and the neighborhood felt safe. Whole Foods is very close, as are other convenience-type stores. We were there for 5 weeks and could have stayed longer!

Wonderful romantic vacation

What a beautiful property. Clean and upscale. You feel so comfortable and cozy as soon as you walk through the doors. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and still close enough to the strip to enjoy it yet be away from the hustle and bustle. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who enjoys some quiet romantic relaxing time in Vegas.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed the home and all its amenities the surrounding community has to offer, its great getting the local vibes when being WALKING DISTANCE to the fabulous District Town Center, which offers great shopping, local flares from some the best restaurants, a whole foods and its very own Amphitheatre and if that’s not enough there is always the Green Valley Ranch Casino, a 5 Star Resort & Spa adjacent to the Town Center, which offers a state of the art Movie Theatre, Restaurants, Bars and a Fabulous Night Club over looking the Reflective Pools. All this within walking distance and you’re still only a 5 minute car ride to the South End of the Strip, where all the action begins anyway.
